Getting from raw data to insights in three simple steps
1. Drop in your reports
Start with your FBA Inventory report. Add Transactions, Advertised Product, and Business Reports for more depth.
2. Provide added context
Your AI asks about product costs, promotion goals, peak-demand weeks, and fees. Bring your own offers or let the Planner suggest them.
3. Decide with your AI
Compare expected sell-through and extra profit, then discuss what to promote, when, and at what discount. Adjust your plan and rerun whenever you like.

Why I made this
Don’t make the same mistakes I did
When I ran my first Amazon business, I watched account-level ACoS. If a campaign stayed under my target, I was comfortable letting it run.
What I hadn’t worked out was whether that target made sense for each product. Different SKUs had different margins. The same ACoS could leave money in my pocket on one product and eat through it on another.
That blind spot hid straightforward opportunities to cut waste. I needed to understand what each SKU could afford to spend, which products deserved advertising, and which placements and searches were worth paying for.
I’d been focused on generating revenue. I hadn’t looked closely enough at how much more of that revenue I could keep.
At first, I built it for myself
Hi, I'm Cyrus. Since that humbling experience in my first business, I’ve:
- Helped build multiple seven-figure-plus Amazon brands as a founding team member.
- Built and sold a 40-person performance marketing agency.
- Consulted with more than 200 Amazon brands worldwide, across categories.
- Worked on both the buy side and sell side of business acquisitions.
I built the analysis I needed and that I was missing in my first business: a clear line of site to what each SKU could afford, which placements and targets were working, and where the bleed needed to stop.
That's what this Power-Up is. It's this analytical framework turned into a calculation engine to empower your AI to help you make clean, clear decisions.
What this is, what this isn't
What this is:
- An analytical power-up for your AI. Dedicated calculations behind the recommendations, with numbers you can inspect and question.
- Buy once. Run it when you need it. No monthly product subscription. Review your account, update your costs, and rerun with fresh reports on your schedule.
- Your reports stay yours. The calculation service processes your reports without storing the report files or analysis results.
What this isn't:
- Another SaaS subscription. You use your existing compatible AI assistant; its provider’s charges still apply.
- A flimsy prompt pack. A purpose-built engine does the mathematical work.
- An account autopilot. You get the evidence, priorities, and recommended next steps. You decide what changes in Amazon Ads.
FAQs
Which reports and information do I need?
Start with your Amazon Sponsored Products Search Term, Placement, and Advertised Product reports, covering the same date range. Provide your product margins or product costs and Amazon fees so the analysis can assess profitability. A Business Report adds product-family context, and Payments Transactions add discount and net-revenue detail. You can start with a default margin and refine it by product; missing costs are flagged rather than treated as zero.
How long does it take?
Minutes once your reports are exported and your cost inputs are ready. Your first run takes longer because your AI asks about your products, margins, and business context. After that, you can bring fresh reports, update your inputs, and repeat the analysis whenever you need it.
Do you store my business data?
The calculation service processes your reports in memory without storing the report files or analysis results. Files you upload to your AI assistant are subject to that provider’s storage policies and your account settings. If you use the Google Sheets workbook, imported reports remain in your own workbook.
Which reports do I need?
None is required. Sponsored Products search term, placement and advertised product reports do most of the work. A Business Report adds product families, and Payments Transactions add discounts and net TACoS.
Why can’t I just ask my AI to do this for me?
You can. But you’d have to tell it what to analyze, how to calculate it, and how to judge the results. This Power-Up gives your AI a structured analytical process backed by a dedicated calculation engine. The engine calculates the numbers; your AI helps you understand them, question them, and decide what to do next.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
If you use it with AI, yes. Ask why a term was flagged, what to change first, or what happens if your margin is different, then rerun with new inputs.
Will it automatically change my campaigns?
No. It shows you what to review and why—including potential negatives, bid reductions, and proven search terms worth developing. You can ask your AI to prioritize the findings and explain the tradeoffs. You or your media buyer decide which changes to make in Amazon Ads.
Does it work for sellers outside the US?
Yes, in any marketplace, with the original English report headers. Currency isn’t converted, and VAT is supported.
Can my employees, consultants, or clients use it?
Yes of course. Use it to analyze your own business, equip your team, work with your consultant, or review client accounts. Everyone gets the same structured process and calculation engine, so discussions start with consistent numbers and specific findings.
Is this a subscription?
No, you pay once for the Power-Up and use it whenever you need the analysis. There’s no monthly subscription. You’ll need a compatible AI assistant and an internet connection; any fees charged by your AI provider are separate.
