2. Provide added context
Provide product costs, operating expenses, and relevant business context. The engine calculates your financial results and flags missing inputs that could distort the picture.

Why this exists
Don't make the same mistakes I made
When I ran my first Amazon business, I focused on revenue. If sales were growing, I thought the business was doing well.
I wasn’t watching closely enough what was left after product costs, Amazon fees, and advertising. Fees kept picking away at my margins, and I hadn’t paid enough attention to variable contribution margin, the money each sale left to cover overhead and generate profit.
I ran the business with less cash than it needed. At times, liquidity got tight even while sales looked healthy. I could see the revenue. I couldn’t clearly see how much of it was becoming money the business could use.
What I needed was a habit of regularly assessing how the business was actually performing: what it earned, where the margin was going, and which gaps needed attention before they became bigger problems.
At first, I built it for myself
Hi, I’m Cyrus. Since that humbling experience in my first business, I’ve:
- Helped build multiple seven-figure-plus Amazon brands.
- Built and sold a 40-person performance marketing agency.
- Consulted with 200+ Amazon brands worldwide.
- Worked on both sides of business acquisitions.
I built the analysis I was missing: what to promote, when to discount, and whether the extra sales would justify the margin given up.
That’s what this Power-Up delivers. A dedicated engine calculates the tradeoffs, empowering your AI to help you move stock, capture demand, and protect profit.
What this is, what this isn't
What this is:
- An analytical power-up for your AI. A dedicated engine calculates your financial results so you can inspect the numbers, question assumptions, and identify what needs attention.
- Buy once. Review whenever you need it. No monthly product subscription. Update your reports and costs, then rerun on your schedule.
- Your reports stay yours. The calculation service processes your reports without storing report files or results. Your AI provider’s storage policies apply separately.
What this isn't
- Another SaaS subscription. Use your existing compatible AI assistant; its provider’s charges still apply.
- A flimsy prompt pack. A purpose-built engine calculates revenue, costs, margins, and earnings using a consistent set of rules.
- An audit or a business autopilot. Results depend on your reports and supplied inputs. You get findings and scenarios to review; you decide what to change.
FAQs
What reports and information do I need?
Start with Seller Central transaction reports. Add monthly Business Reports, advertising, inventory, and returns reports for a fuller assessment.
Provide your landed product costs and operating expenses, including software, staff, agencies, and owner compensation. The Power-Up flags missing inputs and assumptions that could affect the results.
How long does it take?
Minutes once your reports are exported and your cost inputs are ready. Your first run takes longer because your AI asks about your products, margins, and business context. After that, you can bring fresh reports, update your inputs, and repeat the analysis whenever you need it.
Do you store my business data?
The calculation service processes your reports in memory without storing the report files or analysis results. Files you upload to your AI assistant are subject to that provider’s storage policies and your account settings. If you use the Google Sheets workbook, imported reports remain in your own workbook.
Why can’t I just ask my AI to do this for me?
You can. But you’d have to tell it what to analyze, how to calculate it, and how to judge the results. This Power-Up gives your AI a structured analytical process backed by a dedicated calculation engine. The engine calculates the numbers; your AI helps you understand them, question them, and decide what to do next.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
If you use it with AI, yes. Ask why a term was flagged, what to change first, or what happens if your margin is different, then rerun with new inputs.
Will it make changes to my business automatically?
No. It produces findings and scenarios for you to review. Ask your AI to explain a result, compare assumptions, or help build an action plan. You decide what changes and who carries out the work.
Does it work for sellers outside the US?
Yes, in any marketplace, with the original English report headers. Currency isn’t converted, and VAT is supported.
Can my employees, consultants, or clients use it?
Yes of course. Use it to analyze your own business, equip your team, work with your consultant, or review client accounts. Everyone gets the same structured process and calculation engine, so discussions start with consistent numbers and specific findings.
Can I use it over and over again?
Yes. Bring updated reports, review your keyed inputs and assumptions, and recalculate. Check current promotion fees before committing to an offer. New calculations require internet access to the Roedgers engine.
Is this a subscription?
No, you pay once for the Power-Up and use it whenever you need the analysis. There’s no monthly subscription. You’ll need a compatible AI assistant and an internet connection; any fees charged by your AI provider are separate.
